  • Participation in pet events is at your own risk. You are responsible for the behavior and well-being of your pet(s) during the event. You agree to comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by event organizers.
  • The Website may also provide information about services offered by vendors through our membership drive. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of services provided by these vendors, and your interactions with them are solely between you and the vendor.

  • For all pet events, you are responsible for ensuring your pet is healthy, up-to-date on vaccinations, and appropriately leashed or contained as required.
  • Aggressive or disruptive behavior from pets will not be tolerated, and event organizers reserve the right to ask you to remove your pet from the event.
  • You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet.
  • We may establish additional safety guidelines for specific events, and you agree to comply with these guidelines.
  • We are not responsible for any injury or damage caused by your pet or to your pet during events.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Website And All Content, Products, And Services Provided Through It Are Provided On An “As Is” And “As Available” Basis Without Warranties Of Any Kind, Either Express Or Implied, Including But Not Limited To Warranties Of Merchantability, Fitness For A Particular Purpose, Non-Infringement, Or Course Of Performance. We Do Not Warrant That The Website Will Be Uninterrupted, Error-Free, Or Free Of Viruses Or Other Harmful Components.  

10. Limitation of Liability:

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Sakal Media Group regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.  

14. Severability:
